At Learn Path, we take your privacy as seriously as we take your Qualifications Scotland exams. This policy explains how we handle your data during our pre-launch phase.

1. Data We Collect

Currently, we only collect your Email Address when you voluntarily sign up for our waitlist. We do not use cookies or tracking scripts at this stage.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your email address specifically for:

• Notifying you when the Learn Path app launches.
• Providing occasional updates about our progress.
• Inviting you to early-access "Beta" testing.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in a protected JSON format on our server. We have implemented technical measures to prevent unauthorized access to this file. We will never sell, rent, or trade your email list to third parties.

4. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK law, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to delete your email from our list at any time.
• Object to how your data is being used.
